Using the Benzin app means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Benzin is an information service: the daily list of stations selling fuel at 750 IQD, for each city of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, together with fuel-related news.
- The app is free and no payment is taken from users.
- No account is required and there is no registration.
- We do not sell, transport or own fuel, and we own no filling station.
- Benzin is an independent app. It is not a government entity and has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or authorisation by any ministry or government body.
2. Accepting these terms
By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. The app is intended for users aged 13 years and over. If you are younger, please do not use it without a parent's knowledge.
3. Accuracy of the information
We work to keep the lists fast and accurate, but we cannot guarantee them. Please be aware:
- The list is compiled from publicly announced sources and republished as received — we do not independently verify it.
- A name or address may be wrong or out of date.
- A station on the list may run out of fuel or close on the same day.
- We do not guarantee the completeness of the list or the availability of fuel.
- News items are informational and may become outdated.
- Publication times vary — tomorrow's list is sometimes published at midday today. The app always prints the date the list covers.
Before making a long journey, check directly. If you spot an error in a list, tell us and we will correct it.
4. What is expected of you
Personal use of the app is free. The following is not permitted:
- Attempting to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our servers.
- Automated harvesting of the app's content, or republishing it as your own.
- Using the content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
- Modifying the app or distributing an altered version of it.
5. Advertising
The app displays advertising, and that is what keeps it free for you. Ads are sold and served by us — there is no third-party ad network in the app.
The content of an advertisement is the responsibility of whoever placed it. We are not party to any dealing between you and an advertiser. For what is recorded, see the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The name "Benzin", the logo, the app's design and its source code belong to Megasoft. The information itself — the lists and their dates — comes from an official source, and we claim no proprietary right over facts. News items may have a source; where they do, the source is named on the item.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Megasoft is not liable for loss arising from fuel running out, from travelling to a station that turns out to be closed or empty, or from any decision made on the basis of the app's lists or news.
- The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- The service may be interrupted for technical reasons, maintenance, or causes beyond our control.
- Megasoft is not liable for financial, incidental, special or consequential loss.
8. Suspending the service
We may change or discontinue the service at any time. If we decide to shut it down, we will give notice in the app beforehand. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it — there is no account to close.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and any dispute will be heard in its courts. If any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
10. Changes to these terms
Megasoft may change these terms. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and significant changes are announced. Continuing to use the app means accepting the new terms.
